PROJECTSOLUTIONS

ProjectSolutions is a grants management service that provides multiple tools for grant-related tasks. 

 

The goal of the project is to move away from multiple separate modules towards creating a seamless interface throughout the entire system.

I As a UX designer I applied the best practices and user experience design solutions across all ProjectSolutions module`s pages to allow users to navigate the interface easily by eliminating pain points and making task completion simple.

 

Worked collaboratively with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Front End Developers, and UX Designers through delivering ideas to cross-functional teams in an agile and scrum environment. I participated in daily stand ups to deliver updates and address product needs. I worked on designs ranging from low-fidelity mockups focused on micro-interactions and user experience to creation of high fidelity mockups.
